Excellent Service at Jindalee Subway Store

I just wanted to share some very positive feedback about our recent visit to your Jindalee store Qld.

We were absolutely delighted with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we received a very warm welcome. Two incredibly professional team members, Jinsa and Manpreet, served us, and they both provided outstanding service.

The store itself was spotless, well-organized, and created a very inviting atmosphere. The service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely exceeded our expectations.

Just wanted to share that your worker, Maddie, who worked the past Saturday, is amazing! When I arrived, the door was locked, she opened it for me and said they'd closed due to no bread but that some would be ready soon. She was young and run off her feet as the only worker but was happy and pleasant despite looking a little stressed! She had menulog orders coming through (about 6 in the time I was ordering) and another five it seemed that printed out. All the while, she was friendly and calm (might not have felt it on the inside!) but she was an absolute gun. Just wanted to pass on the positive review for her as she deserves a big thank you and congratulations for running the store by herself on what seemed to be a very busy day! :) ...

Amazing customer service, the staff are very polite, and give detailed effort on the service. The cleanliness is very well maintained and always positive attitude when it comes to customer service, good at suggesting new products to try, they cater the products accordingly, very happy for the service they provide. Will always recommend people to go for lunch and for amazing customer service. I am happy I have a such good subway near my workplace.
