Secure Parking - Stones Corner Village, Stones Corner Car Park — Attraction in Brisbane City

Shame there isn't a 0 star rating. We used the self check out machine before we got into our car. The machine rejected our card saying there was a 'card reading error'. No problem, or so I thought. Tried a couple more times as there was nothing wrong with our card. Tried wiping the card in case a fingerprint on the strip was causing a problem. Then we pressed the help button...and that's where things got ugly. Whoever was on the other end of the help button was no help at all and had no intention of being helpful. She had an aggressively bad attitude and awful customer service. She didn't want to help. Tried explaining to her that the machine was out of order etc... she didn't want to listen. This back and forth conversation must have gone on for about 2 minutes by which time our 2 hours had run out. She then kept aggressively repeating to me "pay the amount displayed on the screen or you won't be able to get your car out of the carpark". Told her again that when I got to the machine that I still had time remaining on my ticket. She said "even if you are 1 minute late you still have to pay". I tried telling her that we'd been talking to her for at least 3-4minutes and at the time we first started talking that I was within the 2hr time limit. She had such a bad attitude. I can only hope that the poor lady was having a bad day. But still..shame on her and shame on the fools who hired her. Only reason we used that machine is because last time we checked out at the boom gate and that machine wasn't working either - go figure. Secure parking what a joke. Please fix your machines and get a replacement...

It's shameful they don't fix the gates and payment machine, the machines don't accept coins for payment and no credit card payments either. When you tried to get help pressing the help button, you have to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer. Never thought Secure was this bad. It displays Euros on payment screen too. How sad. Is this even legal to charge us euros.? There is always foul smell of human urine in corner areas. And no...

Could you please replace the height restriction indicator bar? We attempted to use this car park today but were not able to because the indicator bar doesn't display the maximum vehicle height and we couldn't risk damaging our ute and/or the building. We had to back out with a queue of cars behind us and go up on the curb in order to rejoin...
