Absolutely a gem of Broken Hill the park is green and lush grass a skatepark and free hot showers in an amenity block Council here are very community minded and recognise the value of its heritage and know all about good and hard times friendly locals and beautiful parks and gardens definitely worth a visit very historical and important to Australia's wealth lots of community organisations and shops cafe's and diesel can be bought for 1.20 a litre if you look for it.. Great council initiative...

Nestled amongst the tranquil setting of Broken Hills premier parklands. Centralised with brand new modern facilities including BBQ, sheltered seating, wheelchair access toilets. Historically the memorial is sentimental and is rewarded with appropriate granduer of the time being in fantastic condition. The site lends itself to close walking proximity to Churches and Herirage mapped walks. Great parking at a celebrated...

Good spot. Lovely grass for a picnic. Good toilets. Kids park has flying fox and climbing web as well as swings. 5yr old says its missing a big slide but there are a couple of small slides. BBQ and a number of picnic tables n bench chairs. There is also a skate/scooter park in the...
