It’s really sad to see poor customer skills and service around broken hill. Wasn’t our first bad encounter today. The lady was rude talking to other customers we waited patiently she then droned about what we could Or couldn’t see and all the while she was writing and not even looking at us. Apparently so bored of her job she can’t get excited about. I have been before and couldn’t wait to show my husband and kids. And was very disappointed in how we were treated. Yes I get it’s Mundi weekend that’s why we are here but we are paying customers. As some Of the comments stated. Everything seemed dusty dirty and cobwebs. The big picture is still big and awesome and must see. 20 bucks for family ticket well worth it :)

I totally enjoyed my time at The Big Picture, it was more than the picture and was entertaining. You wander through the initial shop which has plenty for sale from various artists and then go through the paid for section showcasing a silver smith room, an Opal room, cave and the The Big Picture The Picture is truly fantastic and I was drawn to the sandstorm image, so good! The work that went into this is crazy, fantastic job. Not only the images but the ground leading up to the picture with all the animals etc Well worth the $8.50 entry

Amazing shop for souvenirs and paintings. Do not have enough word to appreciate the big picture that they did. Marvellous and incredible job. Well deserved to be in the Guiness world’s record book. Congratulations on that!! Great customer service with lot of information provided on our visit. Would recommend it!!

Display was good but experience spoilt by the rudest ignorant lady at front desk. Absolutely no people skills at all. When we arrived there was nobody at front desk to pay so we went in with view of paying on our exit . She caught up with inside telling us we needed to pay. I said nobody at front desk and she she was. On exiting again no one on desk after calling out she appeared had been on computer in back office. We could not see her Very bad staff would not have her anywhere near my business. She needs...
