We have ordered from here for 3 years. Tonight's experience, is possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered and I'm 46. Placed order, advised of a 45 Min wait. Pretty standard, so no issue. Order was actually delivered an hour and a half after it was placed and only because I spent 20 mins on the phone giving the delivery driver directions. When it did arrive, unsurprisingly it was tepid at best. Definitely not hot, or even warm. The mangers response, when he finally called me back following 2 calls to the store, and having to request multiple times he speak to me, and a good 15 mins after eventual delivery " We will remake your order, but want the entire old order back" After waiting an hour and a half then a further 15 minutes for said "manager" to respond it comes as no surprise we had reheated and half eaten it. Honestly the most ridiculous response in the history of deliveries. The whole point of getting a takeaway, is that it is delivered without the need for the customer to provide 20 minutes worth of phone directions to a driver and for it to be received as you would eat it had you done it yourself, i.e hot. Shame really, it used to be a really good service. I've only given 1 star as it won't allow none. Avoid. Read moreDon't waste your time here. Order somewhere else. You're better off ordering from Dominos. If I can rate them negative stars I will. I don't often do reviews but I feel others would benefit from this.
We ordered food at 6pm today and called them to follow up at 6:41 pm because our order was not updating online. ETA for the order was by 6:36pm.
Their response was that they are really busy and trying to get it done and should be with us in 15 to 20 minutes.
Called again to follow up at 6:56pm because they said the order will be there in 15 to 20 minutes as the first time we called ...the order hasn't been done yet.
We don't often eat out as food is prepped at home most of the time...but these are one of the days where it was needed.
Very disappointing and unsatisfactory service.
Management needs to review their service or atleast on a Friday night when heavy traffic on fast food is inevitable...to consider hiring more staff to get the job done efficiently.
It has been an hour and a bit and the order has not arrived yet.
Also your business has received very negative reviews . That says a lot about your service.
We gave you a benefit of the doubt but should've trusted others' reviews.
ETA Is now 7:34pm...we placed the order at 6.00pm.

Read moreWe have ordered on and off from here over the past year and I'm finally done ordering. Originally it was fine - pretty standard for pizza these days but we would occasionally get burnt or soggy bases, too little toppings i.e. half of the pizza was just crust before the toppings and sauce started and recently the pizzas have been really poor on every order.
Today takes the cake though, they took the order which included a gluten free pizza and then waited until the pickup time had arrived to call us and say that they were out of gluten free bases - my husband was standing in the store while they called. They argued over refunding us for the pizza claiming they couldn't refund and then haggled on the price they would be willing to refund - offering instead to give us a different pizza base (hello- it needed to be gluten free) and also told us to come back tomorrow instead..... When they finally went to process the refund, which should have been $10.47 the guy in the store tried to shortchange my husband with only $10 instead and was cheeky about being caught.
We've decided we won't be returning to Pizza Hut in future - a disappointment since it's one of only two places offering gluten free...
