Pastacup — Restaurant in Western Australia

Well that's the third time I've been to Pastacup Kwinana over the last year. Everytime, you come in, you don't get aknowledged and wait few minutes for the lady indian cook to finally say 'how can I help'? She never seems to be happy, angry looking always. The front young male staff supposed to take orders, always looks down and seems afraid to do his job. My order this time was ready as I waited 3 minutes until someone notice I've arrived as ask me what I was here for. With a strong customer service background, I suggest this franchise should get a doorbell, train it's staff and cook to customer service as although the food is nice, coming to a place with such low and unfriendly service doesn't make you want to come back. Just noticed another review from another person also mentioning something similar. Time for action and talk to Pastacup Kwinana guys! Other Pastacup franchises have a 5 star service but this is really bad.. Sorry but...

Menu clearly states crispy bacon with a few selections.... I kindly asked if I could have crispy bacon. I am pregnant and simply asked if they could cook it first. After I got a horrible look and head shaken when the request was received. The "chef" placed the bacon in the pan for all of 20 seconds and denied my request.

It was the whole making me feel like I wasnt the customer... and the customer service is why I'm writing this review.

Young lady behind the counter was lovely. The new owners are terrible and have reminded me once again of why I stopped going there. @pastacup head office considering the other reviews I have read it's about time you said something or took action regarding the new owners. First time eating here, food was very poor. Pasta was well over cooked and mushy, hardly no pasta and sauce was terrible. My partner had ravioli and it was cold in centre. Had garlic bread and it tasted like it had been dried for a month in the sun (cardboard) with hardly no garlic. While waiting also noticed the owners family was eating there and making a fuss and helping themselves to the kitchen. And finally noticed a left over lasagna that was being sold with slight mould on the edges. If I had the choice to rate 0 stars I would.
