CoCo都可 Fresh Tea & Juice — Attraction in Cannington

Gave this store another shot and was disappointed again by their customer service. We ordered a brown sugar milk and black tea with sago, both large. While waiting we checked the receipt and noticed the total was $11.50 but we were charged $12.50 on our card. Upon enquiring with the lady at the counter, she explained that the register only sells brown sugar milks as medium size and doesn’t have a large option, so she just added an extra dollar to our total. She did not mention this to us at all when we were making our order and paying.On her part failed to inform us which led to us having to make the enquiry. If that wasn’t bad enough, she then said she forgot to charge us for the toppings and asked us for another 60cents. Just as we were disputing this matter, our order was called out and she said if we didn’t want to pay the 60cents, she would take the drink back to get the pearls out. I’m really questioning this business’s practices..it was very disappointing and definitely not a...

It took 20min to make our drink and it wasn't even that busy, less than 10 people total. Our ticket number was 50 and numbers up to 55 were called out before us. Even after requesting where our drink was, the lady who served us said we were next and we watched as our drink continued to sit there for another 5min. Only after my partner asked for a refund, the lady turned around, found out drink and handed it to him telling him that they were still making it. I'd be more understanding if they were cutting fresh apples as per our order but this definitely wasn't the case. If you like long wait times and getting frustrated as people are served before you then I can recommend CoCo. There are plenty more bubble tea shops in the vicinity more deserving...

Scammers. I got two milk tea & paid for it. They said it declined but it has clearly been deducted from my bank and the receipt said they had received the money. When I showed it to them. The lady started screaming at me saying it’s declined & the eftpos machine “restarted” & when I started that there’s no way the POS would restart right when I paid and they claimed it declined & it’s not their fault but mine & the banks. Not professional at all. I did not get my drink in the end and it was embarrassing. Do not recommend.

Also, I tried to get taro slushie from them multiple times before, but when I order it, it’s always “sold out”. if you’re not selling it, please don’t have it...
