The customer service is the worst, I have been going there for over 2 years, and the service seems to get worse by the day. I've met the owner once, and he was nice, but as for the staff? They are the rudest and most entitled workers I have ever dealt with. And I would look past all of that if they were working hard! I am someone who comes from the Middle East, and I have worked in a kebab shop here in Australia, and I know how things are done. These workers got it easy. They literally use a toaster for the kebab instead of a grill. They get the bread ready from the get-go. They don't even make the gozlemes on demand. Instead, they are premade presumably made in the morning, and all they have to do is toast it, so why do they act as if they working too much when their job is literally to just cut the meat and toast the food? No preparation for dough or bread or anything, everything already prepared for them. The last time I went there, the service was so rude towards me even though I made a simple order and attempted to be nice and have a talk with the staff, and when I got my food I asked for a bag since I was carrying a lot of stuff with me and the indian lady just threw the bag at me as if I asked her to jump from a cliff, and when I got the food and decided to eat it the meat was undercooked. How can these workers mess up a simple order. I'm not posting this review because of a single experience I never post for single experiences. This is something that has been going on for years, and last time was just the last straw. Overall, and to summarise: 1-Very poor and rude customer service even though they don't really need to work much and they act as if you are a mosquito trying to suck their blood or something when you want to order something 2-despite how simple their job is, they manage to mess it up somehow and undercook food (and even put a lot of sauce or less meat in some cases in the past) and burn the gozlemes. In conclusion: for the price they charge and how simple their job really is, they shouldn't be acting this way or serving such bad quality food. If the owner sees this, please fire these workers and get someone else, I worry about your business. Either way, I'm not coming back there unless I see the owner again in person or see new workers. I hope this is helpful for anyone who wants insight from someone who worked with...
Read moreOrdered a chicken kebab and a vege gozleme via Ubereats. The chicken kebab wasn't good at all. It was soggy. These are a toasted kebab, but it was toasted to the point the lettuce was soggy and released all it's water. The chicken was tiny peices, flavour of seasoning not good. The bread is very thin so the sauce just make it more soggy. The only good thing it can say about this kebab was that is was large, but I threw most of it in the bin. Almost $20 for a bad kebab, not good enough. I was tempted to ask for a refund on the kebab but I was hungry and ate some of it.The gozleme was really lovely, maybe they have them pre made by a real Turkish cook and just grill or warm them. Making a good kebab is not rocket science, if this is the standard unfortunately I can't see this business...
Read moreI ordered a small mixed meat box (chicken and lamb) which by the way costs more than the standard if you choose only one choice of meat, plus a drink. Tell me why the lady comes up to me as she has already "finished preparing" my box and tells me she forgot to add the lamb and asks me if it's okay and I can just have the chicken meat box instead. Of course the heck not I paid extra for that lamb (silly question), so anyways she gives me my order and it's a mountain size worth of lamb just chucked on top. As you can imagine she already filled it up with chicken and then just adds even more lamb on top. The lid was about to pop off with a very sad little layer of chips. The thing is, I was craving a meat box so bad and I was not happy with my purchase of $22 wasted. I wish I...
