Last week was my second time in this place and I will choose it again if visiting Coffs Harbour area. Everything was handy, 50m away from the beach but still sheltered from the wind, 5 minutes drive to supermarkets and the picturesque harbour. This time I went with a Motorhome during the second week of easter school holidays and it was quite busy, but still had the opportunity to relax since the people around were respectful and friendly. I chose the powered site and it was perfect since it had the water supplies, grey water drainage and power in the spot just for that site. Across the road I had the facilities, with accesible bathrooms, washing and ironing appliances and dump station even if practically no needed due little use of the built in toilet due to proximity to the full facilities. There were plenty of activities for the kids to have fun alone and with the grownups, paid carts, pool, water games, parks, outdoor table-tennis, putt-putt, arcades and a bouncing trampoline. The cafe on site had decent coffee and meals, no need to find another place outside to have a coffee. Price was acceptable compared to Sydney and shops around the park. At reception you can find essentials if you come on a public holiday without provisions. Do not think twice, just go and enjoy it!

This is a terrific park for families but unfortunately not as good for couples. Its location is great, close to beautiful beaches, the marina, Mutton Bird Island, and restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Facilities are clean and new, staff are friendly and helpful, there's a cafe on site for a coffee (which can be good or bad depending on the barista) and take away food. The pools ideal for kids with lots of small play areas build into the design, but unfortunately, it is not so good for adult swimming. Unfortunately, it is also an extremely noisy caravan park, trucks where left running beside our van site for long periods of time, just left rumbling away empty and unfortunately the gardening staff, although doing a fantastic job of the grounds, where forever running motorised equipment and driving noisy vehicles around continually. I'd recommend this park for families and for location, but unfortunately, not for a couple wanting to get away for a week's holiday for a relaxing time.

Inflatable pillow out of order. Games room a mess Pool table out of order. Bunk beds not made had to make them ourselves. Room was close to laundry however this took 4 X $1 coins. Dryer took 3x $1 Access to the beach through a side gate. Sheet for bed was ripped. No internet reception unless on wifi near the pool area. Small tv Small space However we had cooking facilities in our room. Games in kids room out of order or dirty and empty. Did we talk to reception? No just very disappointed that was not as advised. We felt we already knew the answers and did not want to hear the excuses. Inflatable pillow we assume was due to the rain. Game machines most likely not owned buy the park but a third party unable to service due to flooding in area. Internet I could guess was due to weather as well.

The cabins are getting very dated and a lot of the fittings and fixtures are broken (for example we couldn't close the blinds in our bedroom). They're not huge cabins either. There is everything you need in a cabin however and they do have nice little decks. The park grounds are great, especially if you have kids. Pools, playgrounds, mini golf and two big community rooms. Plenty of space and BBQ areas are scattered around. There's a very well featured camp kitchen. The park shop has a lot of the basics for food and groceries and there's a servo a couple of blocks away with hot food and groceries. Location is very good, the surf club, the beach, the river and a big park are right across the road. It's not a huge walk down to the marina, the markets, or up the road to the pub.

A caravan/cabin/camping park with just about everything. Well maintained with staff out everyday doing things beyond the expected cleaning. Could possibly do without the key/entry dongles. WiFi coverage to the quieter corners is weak. Very convenient to A SLSC patrolled surf beach with breakfast, lunch and coffee available every day at the club house. It is also walking distance to the licensed Park Beach Bowls Club which is also great for lunch and dinner.
