Shark Bay Seafront Apartments Denham — Attraction in Denham

The shark bay sea front apartments are located directly across the road from the shark Bay beach in Denham. I paid £290 for 3 nights. Close by is a supermarket, petrol station, bakery, and several pubs/ restaurants serving meals. Also within easy walking distance is the Shark Bay discovery centre (well worth a visit) the jetty for boating and the very narrow beach.||The apartments themselves are large and spacious. Ours had a comfortable double bed in a room with air conditioning, a shower and wash basin and separate WC. The kitchen diner had a big table, two couches, a cooker with hob grill and oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and a fridge freezer. There was also a big screen TV, reliable high speed Wi-Fi, and an adequate supply of crockery and cutlery. The apartment also had an iron, and ironing board together with a clothes horse for drying clothes. And a hair dryer! There was a laundry (available from 12:30 to 4:00 PM) which we used without any charges.||Outside the apartment is a lovely area with trees and flowers and sun loungers, chairs and tables which makes a great place to relax at anytime of the day. ||So what is not to like about these lovely apartments?||The place felt a bit like the Maris Celeste ship! There was nobody at reception - just a notice telling us that our room was unlocked and to help ourselves.||The courtyard area, although lovely, was scruffy and had not been swept for at least a week. The steps leading up to the property were congested with weed and debris blown by the wind - again not cleared up. ||Our rooms were not serviced during our three day stay.||The guest laundry although adequate was very untidy. ||I would have given this property a higher rating if it had been better cared for. But it was still a good...

It was our first time to Denham and we looked at numerous locations online.

We came across Shark Bay Seafront Apartments and it looked to be able to suit my family of 4 adequately. We noticed the online booking solutions but decided to call direct and that is the way we booked. We are glad we did it that way as it triggered extra discounts and also keeps all the money within Australia.

Joanne & Doug are the most accommodating host's I have come across. Right form the time of booking they were flexible and gave us the reassurance that if COVID created more issues, we would be looked after. They were a wealth of knowledge and provided multiple local attraction advice and we also hired their 4WD to driver out to Cape Peron which was absolutely beautiful!

They were there everyday working hard and open to a good yarn and laugh. The positioning of the Apartments is walking distance to everything and the rooms were very nice. I have already recommended the apartments to my friends as a great option if they choose to go and will be my first stop, should we return.

The town is very clean and there are great amenities to please all stages of life or the style of holiday you are looking for.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Shark Bay that is a great location, clean & tidy, has great ambience, affordable and is run by some great people, I thoroughly recommend you give Joanne and Doug a call at Shark Bay Seafront Apartments.

Good size self contained apartment in a fantastic location with shops nearby and beach across But the apartments need much care and attention! The bathroom looked like a converted !storeroom with pipes protruding, a grotty sink, washing machine area had pipes protruding from the wall without any washing machine! Couple of shelves added in were very dirty. The toilet was blocked and thankfully someone came to unblock it. Main b/r had no bedside lamps, no full or mid length mirrors anywhere and no wardrobes. Just bit of open space to hang some clothes but we preferred to keep our clothes in our suitcases due to so much dust and dirt everywhere. Beddings also didn’t look very clean. They also need to provide some soft pillow options. Kitchen hand towel provided looked so dirty and worn out. The 4 burner gas stove didn’t work! The TV didn’t work! The list goes on. This is supposed to be a self contained apartment with everything provided and in working condition. Blinds in the main b/r were also broken and would not close so we drew the curtains which released so much dust we had to exit the room fairly quickly! Blinds in the bathroom were also broken. There was a small area provided with clothes lines outside the bathroom and this area again was absolutely filthy. We had paid for 4 nights so I spent the first day cleaning the apartment so we could stay...
