Walked in and ordered from here a few times over two weekends. Have to echo the previous reviews. The Super Crunch Chips are indeed super crunchy, the oil is light and its appropriately salted - and the small portion is huge so at $4 its great value. I ordered the Big Burger the first time and although very tasty the filling could not be contained by the bun, even when using two hands, so it got a bit messy. The second night I tried the Buttermilk Chicken bites and the Beer Battered Onion Rings. The portion size of the onion rings was enormous. The first few onion rings were crisp and tasty but a little too oily to have much more. The Chicken Bites were delicious. They have a selection of sauces and I found the simple flavours of the Tomato Relish best of the lot. The third night I tried a pasta dish, as the pastas were recommended by one of the staff as what they order for themselves. I ordered the Seafood Spaghetti and it was great, delicious, would happily order it again. The following weekend I tried the Chunky Steak Pie and the Super Crunch Chips again. The Steak Pie pastry was very good, when I saw the filling I was a little disappointed as it looked half filled with steak and no other filler. But after tasting it found it to be very good and chunky. The Super Crunch Chips though were a winner from the start. You can drive thru and pick up your order - best to call up and order first if you do as orders take a few minutes to make. The kitchen is right there when you walk in to the reception desk. They had a warm fire going when I last visited so the wait was comfortable.

Elegant decor and ambiance for a takeaway place, but considering it's part of the hotel, maybe that's not so surprising. Delicious crunchy fresh fries (generous portion for price!), a very courteous and disciplined staff, and a very hospitable atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Would recommend a visit. 👌

There is no atmosphere, a very non-happening room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Don't trust the menu, it says hand made schnitzels, which is BS, spoke to the chef who said they come pre-made, which was pretty obvious when we got them. Make sure they don't forget the gravy (like they did for us) as the...
