Christian Fletcher Gallery - Dunsborough — Attraction in Dunsborough

My husband and I are big fans of your work and have a number of large framed prints throughout our house that we purchased from your Mandurah gallery when it was open. We were in Dunsborough celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and had planned on purchasing another picture for our collection. We came into the gallery on Thursday the 3rd of August in the morning and there were two women standing at the counter talking to each other. They didn't even acknowledge us as we walked in. No eye contact. No greeting. Just continued chatting. It was off-putting to say the least. We had a look around and walked back downstairs and were still not acknowledged in anyway. We ended up walking out empty handed and disappointed. I would've thought some level of customer service was part of the gallery staff' roles...

I met Christian in 2006 and have never looked back. I first saw his images in Broome and stood in awe of the magic that he had created with his camera. My experience with him has been awesome and as I live in Victoria he is always on the end of the phone or email to help me out with any "Silly" questions I may have.

I am very much his senior and at times live in doubt of my ability. Christian encourages me to be true to myself and to what I see. If only I could afford to do one , or all of his classes it would be like a dream come true to me.

Free entry allows you to wander around this gallery and immerse yourself in the incredible work of Christian Fletcher. I wasn’t particularly inspired to go as I just thought it would be a lot of beach shots repeated across the walls but this is a real exhibition space with photography Christian has taken from around the world printed in different mediums - paper, glass, fabrics etc - and in a range of sizes and from a range of perspectives including drone photography.
