Firstly, don’t get me wrong, the store itself is beautiful- location, aesthetics, food was delicious and healthy, etc. However the service was some of the worst I have ever seen. The woman serving us had no apparent idea of what a cold brew was, I asked for a cold brew (Definition- chilled coffee made from grounds that have been steeped in room-temperature or cold water for several hours.) which was on the menu board and the woman looked at me, entitled, and told me that’s called an iced coffee (Definition- chilled coffee, typically sweetened or flavoured and served over ice with milk and cream.) and that’s what she put down on the order, even after I asked specifically for no milk. Additionally to this, when we asked for cutlery the young man serving us rolled his eyes and basically threw them down with no effort.
