Climb, jump, bounce, play and drink coffee. A world class playground for the kids and caffeine for the parents.

We went on opening weekend, so it was a little packed, but there were plenty of activities for the kids to do.

On a regular day (not a busy opening weekend) there will be plenty of shade to escape the sun, seating and activities for everyone.

This is just the start of Greenheart, and as a local we welcome the outdoor space. It’s a place for everyone, whether you want to play, sit, exercise, or just take a leisurely stroll.

Not pictured: a dedicated play area for toddlers, on site toilets, parking, waking path next to the water (seems to still be under construction).

The cafe is a nice addition, serving hot and cold drinks, and snacks for all ages. There’s also a sports field.

This is a good start to a great urban...

Expansive and very well thought out park space for the whole family. Large paved pathways throughout, without enough space for two or three strollers to walk together. Plenty of open park space between the two formal fields and the two informal pitches. Looks like the place may get muddy over time as the central lawn could get pretty damp with just a little bit of foot traffic. Beware the CBUS stadium event days as it may impact access. Playground is excellent with so many different activities for kids (and adults) to play, will likely take a few visits to...

And then there is the rest of the parkland with kids bike tracks, adult fitness area, fenced dog park, basketball hoops,...
