Interesting art gallery which is free to visit. There is a permanent exhibition downstairs called Yuntulun Ku:li-war (coming together on the headland). The focus is Ngarrindjeri history and living culture, colonial heritage, and education focussing on the importance of river health. Parts are interactive. It's very interesting and informative. Upstairs area can be accessed via a ramp or stairs and has a revolving exhibition every fortnight. Personally, I wasn't impressed with the display on 14 September but I can appreciate Alexandrina Council supporting local artists. From the Upstairs area you can walk into the neighbouring Cafe which is independent of the Art Gallery. There are toilets and a small amount of craft items on sale downstairs.
