Views of Hobart — Attraction in Hobart

Very deceiving, not like description at all. Be careful when booking! It's a share house! Only a bed in your room, table and lamp and 1 chair and far from sound proof. All other things are shared, bathroom, toilets, kitchen, lounge (only TV, none in rooms), hot tub (which was filthy), not your own private balcony. Shower grate was full of hair, plus mould behind shower caddy. Also they must have been on toilet paper rations. No control for heating, we cooked all night and had to leave slider door open, was like an oven! Way over priced for what it actually is.. Booked for 2 nights, was horrified when I seen it was a share house. No refund so had to suck it up and stay second night. View's were amazing and Bed comfy, that's the only positive. They have purchased a once beautiful home and converted it in to tiny rooms and ruined it...

Is there a way to give them negative stars… The lady I spoke with was extremely rude, didn’t even answer the call with hello you’re speaking with xxx from Hobart view. I was just welcomed with Hello. After explaining my circumstances the lack of empathy and rudeness was appalling, especially given such a highly rated hotel. She said she will cancel the booking and then disconnected the call. I was confused by the whole thing, I was not not rude, or blunt and yet I was basically ignored and hung up on. I’ve sent multiple emails, attempted to call and not once have they been acknowledged or even answered. Would not recommend, considering there is not even a local landline number to call.. seems like a scamming business...

STAY AWAY!!!! Chinese scam!! We paid and booked a room. Upon arrival we didn’t have a code to access the key box. After phoning the owner he wouldn’t give us the code, kept telling us that we can find the info in our confirmation. We had no pin or room no info sent to us. After several phone calls we told him this is bad service and he then refused to give us the code to access the key box until we apologised!!! We had to seek alternative accommodation that evening. Extremely rude, total scam. Took our money and we couldn’t stay. Be warned! Confirmation email with room no. and code was sent at 12.40am...
