The high standards of cleanliness and quality of what they produce is unattainable at any of the near by Grocery stores in Hill Street. This is exactly what a SPECIALIST SHOP back in the 60s and 70s looked like and so they continue to forge their way through these times of convenience and Supermarket stores attempting to take over their Master trade, but too no avail. Price is always a factor , here you always get The top quality that you would expect for your money and so much more choice of ready to roast, fry ,broil or Barbecue ready . Unfortunately this butcher promised me a duck for Christmas and then when I went in to pay for the duck they had sold it to someone else. Lots of vacant expressions from staff when I asked what had happened and not a single apology....
