Caldew Park — Attraction in Hobart

A nice playground with amenities inside the city area, not that far from the main attractions in Hobart. Easy find with some street parking. The park has BIG slides, swings & a toy train structure for the young kids. There is a picnic area on the grass and there are some picnic tables under the shade..Public toilets are available which was clean & tidy as well. There is a board on the gate says Dogs are not allowed near to the playground..overall a good experience...

A great park with activities for kids of all ages, and lots of facilities like a public toilet, BBQs, under cover picnic seating, and plenty of easy parking. Loved the train theme, and that the activities were spread out so kids weren't running over the top of each other. A bike riding track, lots of big and small slides, climbing areas and bridges... So much variety. Loved it, and so...
