As a Melburnian visiting Tassie, it was a pleasure to visit the only mosque in Hobart. Itâs a bit unfortunate that itâs the only mosque in the capital city of Tasmania, but alhamdulillah, at least there is one. However, we did struggle a bit to find the entrance as there wasnât a big sign indicating where it was. Once we drove inside, we realised, âOh, thatâs where it is!â I was also surprised by how steep it is, as itâs built on top of a hill.

The Masjid is pretty decent size with wudhu, toilet facilities & separate women's area. Plenty of parking space at the top or the bottom parking area.
