Hats off to the concierge team especially to Linda Berry and Ross Kimberley who have assisted in returning my lost wallet safe and sound back in Malaysia. The incident came off like this, I lost my wallet during my trip in Innaloo but I had no idea where I dropped it. And the best part was, it was at the airport right after the custom scanning then I realised my wallet was missing. I was stunned and clueless, it was like my mind was just having a short circuit or some sort. Well anyways I was left of course jaws wide opened because I had no way of turning back to search for my wallet on my way to the airport where I could have dropped it. Anxious, I had tried calling to the hotel I stayed, the restaurant I had visited and even the car rental company where I returned my car before getting to the airport but was all informed with disappointment. I was already subconsciously thinking that my wallet would be gone forever but somehow few minutes passed by and I suddenly recalled that I did go to Westfield Innaloo for grocery shopping. I rushed to my phone and dialed up to the concierge and it was Ralph over the line, he confirmed that my wallet was indeed in their hands but I couldn't retrieve my wallet in person as I was already at the boarding gate waiting for take-off. Ralph slowly analysed the situation and explained gently to me that this matter had to be discussed among their team to come up with a plan and asked me if it was ok for me to send in an email to Westfield Innaloo for enquiry. Ohhh, I was certainly way more than OK to send that email as it was such a relief to have figured out where I had dropped my wallet(and eventually getting it back), Ralph's voice was like a beacon in the dark!
And after all of the great efforts from the concierge team, I finally got my wallet back within 2 weeks from the date I sent in the email. I was deep down touched the moment I opened up the parcel showing "Australia Post", words couldn't describe how grateful and delightful I was.
Thank you so much to the members of the concierge team and full respect to everyone who had participated in coming up with this solution. May god bless you all.

Read moreGreetings ,
I have recently spent several Wednesdays in & around the Westfield Innaloo Complex for different reasons, mostly because I now live down South & was only visiting Perth for the day & had quite a few things to sort out with my elderly Godparents at P&N Bank, Insurance, Bunnings & various purchases & bits & pieces nearby
Anyway, over a period of many hours, I have watched & noticed Santosh & his Cleaning Staff at many locations around the Innaloo Complex - I marveled at how diligent & hard working this Man & his Crew were - the place was almost spotlessly clean & I genuinely thought, IF anybody dropped anything, he'd almost have caught it before it hit the ground ! 😳
Santosh is Westfield's eyes & ears, he is the Shopping Centre's Swiss Army Knife, as he has to be ready for all sorts of situations
Having visited all parts of the Innaloo Complex, Westfield should be very impressed by Santosh & his commitment to the Task - I was & I told him so !
I also told him he works too much & far too hard for what they pay you & he just smiled & laughed - very nice young man
So pay Santosh more - he fully deserves it ........ IF you don't believe me, go have a look for yourself & try making a mess somewhere & see how long it lasts with Santosh around !
Congratulations Santosh - lots to places would like to have employees like you
Kind Regards Paul Hickman August 2024
P.S. I might add, the late Wednesday night ( 6-9pm ) Staff at Woolworths are fabulous too - caring people who helped us & they also get 3 Brownlow Votes...

Thanks for your reply team. The roof parking is very run down and needs resurfacing - I am surprised it has been left in such a state for so long?
In addition, there were plans submitted back in 2015 - a decade ago - which have not come to fruition! Innaloo lags behind other malls in the Perth metropolitan area in terms of quality of F&B and retail offerings, especially their food court, so I am curious as to why this has not been addressed? The old Greater Union complex, which is severely run down, and owned by Scentre, was poised to be relocated across the road and become part of the Westfield complex; both properties are long overdue for a rehaul and given redevelopment plans were drawn up so long ago, it is time for Scentre to come good on their promises.
Frankly, with Karrinyup only up the road, there is no need to frequent Innaloo, apart from the odd spot of grocery shopping or running errands, which can also be done easily at...
