Jackadder Lake Reserve — Attraction in Woodlands

This is an excellent place for a picnic with your family or friends. The lake enhances the beauty of the place. Bird lovers will enjoy this place as you see different types of birds in the park. This public garden with the lake is equipped with facilities like kids playground, toilet facilities, seating's near to the side of the lake and near to kids playground, BBQ stoves for cooking, parking facilities etc. It is also a good location of walks and exercises. You also have a mini shopping complex near to the lake, where you can buy your groceries, pharmacies, fish & chips , bakers...

This park is full on nostalgia for me!! I lived around the corner from this Lake and Park in 1988 after immigrating from Ireland. It holds so many memories. The black swans being on of them. Such a nice park... great for walking laps around the lake, dogs allowed. Lots of play equipment for the kids and a well looked after toilet block. Opposite the Woodlands local shopping centre, with grocery store and cafe and Beauticians... Skin and Beauty Woodlands are incredible.

A beautiful park to walk around and spent time in. Very dog friendly, easy path to follow, big playground area, benches and tables are in several places around the path, the lake is clean, to grass is kept up nice, there are easily accessible bathrooms and parking spaces several areas around the lake. There is even a little shopping center and restaurant area across the street from the lake you can grab a meal from and come sit somewhere by the water.
