Overall, nice food. Good wait service generally. Cooks forgot to add cheese to stack burger but rectified quickly when brought to their attention. The stack burger genetally is the best burger coffee club have had on their menu. It is like a proper traditional Aussie Burger with the lot. Would be better if it came with cheese. $2.10 for a slice of cheese is a bit pricey. Others with me said the Camembert, chicken, and bacon flat grill was nice, and eggs on toast was okay with poached and runny eggs perfectly cooked. Comment: "... but only 1 slice of bread for two runny eggs is disappointing. It needs two slices of bread, not one cut in half" said my fellow diner (maybe something coffee club hq admin should take on board).

Ordered a Blt with no bacon, added haloumi instead. Got charged an extra $3.00. Ordered the smashed avo & fetta. Instead i got NO fetta. A piece of bread, 3 cherry tomotoes and some rocket. Went to order another BLT due to the the Avo Fetta meal being inedible. I got told i will be charged $3.00 for fetta and she said she can refund the fetta for 80c. Where is the customer service? Never again are we going to a coffee club.

Tried to order the mushroom flat grill After staring at the screen for a minute The girl told me, sorry we have run out 🤔 By the looks of things, she just couldn’t find it and didn’t bother asking her other colleagues to help. I instead ordered the bacon and egg flat grill which I received 17 minutes later 😐 I enjoy going to coffee clubs But this has by far been my worst experience

Dropped my car off for a wash upstairs and thought I’d treat myself to a morning tea at the Innaloo Coffee Club this morning. Ordered a carrot cake and my usual brew - medium decaf flat white, 1/2 strength, lactose free in a take away cup but to dine in. Waited a fair while as they were busy. The carrot cake was absolutely delicious but sadly the coffee was waaayyyy too strong 🥲🥲. I got up to thank the young Asian lady on till and said the cake was delicious but sadly my coffee was too strong for 1/2 strength. She looked very surprised and said “You did not say 1/2 strength”. I should know what my usual brew is, been drinking it for a long time but to turn around in a condescending tone and accuse me of not asking for 1/2 strength? Perhaps these young ladies need to be trained to listen firstly and then repeat the order like many other cafes do to make sure they have the order correct. I had only two sips of my coffee and not once was a replacement offered....

Have been coming here for years but just received the worst service. Was originally told food would take 10mins. After 23mins I went to ask what was happening. A few minutes later I was told it would be another 10mins. When I asked for the food to be made asap, that we had been waiting 15mins more than the ETA we had been given, I was given a shrug and told there was nothing they could do - we could either wait or get a refund. I said there was something that could be done, the food could be made asap. I've waited less time in busy high end European restaurants.... it was certainly not that busy to have to wait 35mins for food.

The manager wouldn't budge, so I reluctantly said we'll take a refund. However as it was being processed the food was ready. I had asked for sweet potato chips but got wedges and when I asked why the manager again shrugged said supply issues. Won't be coming again if...

Not only can the manager not seem to dress herself properly, she decided to tell myself and my family how we feel and argue with our opinions on the very poor quality of food.

Telling us “the food isn’t gross, we sell lots” and “we are busy” being busy shouldn’t be an excuse for poor quality food. You are a business your food quality should not waver. And if someone doesn’t like your food you can’t tell them that they do.

Eggs were rubber, toast was frozen cold and stale, burger buns were solid brick and teeth breaking worthy.

By the way love. Your Ally tags hanging out of your jumper like you just bought it And it seems like your staff are too miserable to notice or too scared to talk to you.

Being a manager isn’t hard....
