Crust Pizza Innaloo — Restaurant in Western Australia

we ordered at noon, and an hour later the pizzas still weren’t ready for pick up. Also, if I can’t understand what you’re saying because of your bad pronunciation, yelling at me isn’t going to solve the problem. And why is there just one girl working there? She had to call the manager because she stuffed up our order and didn’t want to take the items of our bill that we didn’t order, perhaps if this “manager” was at the place he or she is supposed to manage, things would be a little bit better. For the amount of money Crust charges, the service is abysmal, the food not good enough, and smiles are obviously not included. I’ll stick to domino...

We ordered through menulog. Delivery time came and went. An hour and a half after ordering (and crust innaloo confirming our order), we decided to call. Turns out they insisted that they did not receive sufficient payment last time (despite being ordered through menulog). Whether or not there was an error with menulog, we were extremely disappointed that crust innaloo could not be bothered to call to inform us that our order would not be completed. I was also not impressed that the gentleman on the phone hung up on me while I was still trying to resolve the issue. We ended up ordering food elsewhere and received it promptly....

pizzas are always decent, like the range of different ingredients. Prices are a little ridiculous though and we waited an hour and a half for the delivery, which we were originally told would be 15 mins. Rang up 40 mins later and the lady said it was in the oven. I live about 2 minutes away from the shop and it took another 20 minutes for the delivery guy to finally arrive, we said we weren't particularly happy as it had been an hour and a half since we ordered and we were hungry...to which his response was "i don't know" and a shrug of the shoulders.... customer service a bit lousy...
