Muffin Break Innaloo — Restaurant in Western Australia

I have been going here for 20 years +. Since the new franchisee took it over this year it wasnt good from the onset. Today was the end for me. Firstly the woman staff member was visible eating behind the counter. I ordered a chilli chicken wrap as I usually do.It came out not only reduced in size but dry, old and disgusting so I sent it back. The owner said it was yesterdays and they sometimes keep them for up to 3 days after they are made. He made me another apologising. In hindsight i should have asked for a refund. The two times I have visited here, I've been disappointed with the service. I find that they're quite slow, and sometimes understaffed. I was barely acknowledged by the person who served me this last visit, no greeting, no thank you, or goodbye. It wasn't even that busy when I purchased my item. It's disappointing to see this, as I was a regular at the Muffin Break in Joondalup and found their service to be exceptional.

I recently visited and had an amazing experience! I ordered a coffee and a satay chicken wrap, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, and everything was served fresh. A special shout-out to JD, one of the staff members, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. His smile and excellent service truly made the experience even better.
