Situated in Springfield Central between the Orion Lagoon and University of Southern Queensland, this public space has something for everyone. There's plenty of shady barbecue areas with free-to-use electric grills, a cafe (3 š), a sports oval and stage area, water features for kids to play in and plenty of well maintained grassy areas to throw down the picnic rug. Parking on the USQ side is privately operated and uses a pay-and-display vending machine, but there is free parking available on the Orion side. Ideal location to catch up with friends or just take a nice stroll along the many tree-lined pathways. It's a 10 minute stroll from Springfield Central railway station.
