The waitresses are very friendly though the food is beyond terrible. I arrived at 4:45pm, there was barely any other customers around. The waitress took my order straight away which was great, though waited over 45 minutes for my food to arrive. I would understand if you were busy, but there was no one else around at the time of my arrival so I don’t know how this is plausable? I also had my 4 year old daughter with me so waiting this long with a child isn’t acceptable. I ordered a lychee cocktail which tasted like straight soda water with 2 lychees thrown in the bottom of it. I ordered the gnocchi and it tasted like glue. The waitress apologised & was very understanding. She offered me another drink/food though I declined as I didn’t want to wait longer again for drink/food that would potentially be terrible anyway. My child was very hungry by the time the food arrived at our table. Reading all the other reviews there seems to be an ongoing trend with poor food yet great service. My question to management is: are you running this place efficiently enough where the customers are leaving happy or are just essentially milking money and cutting corners? Your waitresses are amazing but there is something going on with how the kitchen is run. If there is continuous terrible food that is served up, that is where you need to look and then improve on. Don’t run a restaurant if you have no clue on how to do it properly.

Read moreAfter being seated, we were told we could order from the QR code, or the staff would come take our order. LIES!!! Staff completely ignored us, other than to bring out our food. They also apply a card surcharge to order online. This is at best a questionable business practice, and potentially illegal. They claim you can avoid it by paying with EFTPOS (I assume they mean cheque or savings), but this is not really possible, considering the aforementioned fact that the staff actively ignore you. So they save money on service staff, and have the hide to charge more for payment. Win for the business I guess, but a bad taste for the customer.
There's also no way to remove pizza ingredients using the online system, which may be required for specific dietary reasons. I understand this may not be possible with all dishes due to sauces etc being pre-prepared, but if pizzas are prepared individually, there's no reason this shouldn't be possible. Fast food pizza chains can do it…🤷♂️
The food was okay. Nothing special, and certainly not up to the standard of a good Italian restaurant. For example, the Margherita pizza contains three whole basil leaves, so basically five of the eight slices don't contain the flavour that is essential to this pizza.

Last time we went they got one of my daughters the wrong meal, so the manager on shift gave me a kids meal free voucher and said “you can use this next time” and he explained they were very sorry. I asked this lady Sunday night 26th may, if I could use this voucher and she said “No we only offer that during school holidays” I explained to her what happened with them giving me wrong meal last time and also said to her that on the voucher it says absolutely nothing regarding school holidays. She would not budge and said “I cannot give you a free kids meal with that voucher” I couldn’t believe it, we had been given the wrong meal last time, the manger on shift at that time who was a lovely gentleman gave me the voucher and this putrid woman with no customer service knowledge was being so obnoxious and rude. We would have spent nearly $100 on the rest of our meals. I walked away and said we will go elsewhere. I was gobsmacked at her behaviour.
