Our first visit over the weekend, was great, 5 stars Our visit today, absolutely 1 star. Felt so discouraged. I got told off from the creche person that was looking after 7 kids by herself this morning. My son got stuck and I went in the toddler section to help him, took me 5 seconds then I was leaving and then the lady wasn't nice at all and said I should be wearing socks with a nasty tone and told me there was some adult socks at the counter. First I was just helping my son at that time, he was getting upset.
I wasn't gonna ditch him when he needed me at that moment, go to the counter, buy a pair of adult socks then come back and help him..... I mean come on I understand 100 percent thats the rule, socks must be worn but I mean isn't there any common sense that I was just helping him then leaving as I was near the gate about to get out of the toddler section when she started being nasty to me. But I did what I got told and after I got told off, I went and got some adult socks, I tried to explain to the lady behind the counter what was happening with the creche lady, but she quickly dismissed it and didn't want to hear my concerns, like I was noone important then sold me large kids socks as there was no adult socks left.......which hardly fit (creche lady told there was adult socks when she checked).. the whole experience just was an eye opener, I will no longer will be recommending EMF jnr to anyone. I didn't get treated with kindness and respect, heavily disappointed 😔 (Edited) - I did contacted them in person and on the phone and was quickly dismissed, wasn't taken...
Read moreDo not recommend! Its very small, we waited over 1 hour for 3 chicken, cheese and avo turkish bread. Asked for 2 with no avo please. Approached staff 3 times about the wait. First excuse was our food was forgotten, second was its being thawed out, third time they checked our order and told us they are actually frozen so the avo cant be removed. Asked for a refund for the 2 avo items my children cant eat but they cant do that apparently. Ordered at 10.22am and food came out just after 11.30. It was not busy at all. They were bringing hot drinks out to patrons that arrived after us. Then the lady offered a credit to which i replied i dont want to come back id rather a refund but of course they cant do that. So she offered 3 free casual visit passes... got to my car had a look and they are actually half price visit cards!!!!!!!!!! Cheeky b!tch!! Will never ever go there again and will also be recommending others not to either! Disgusting...
Read moreI've been with my Mum's group with our 10 & 11 month olds. The ball pit is wonderful, but it's a bit disappointing that there is "a ban on outside food ". Yet healthy food options for babies and toddlers are not available. My child has a food allergy, so no I don't want to buy from your menu.
I don't need a cafe or restaurant experience. I'll go to a proper food venue with a kitchen for that. Just after a way to move their bodies and have a good time. It honestly comes across as a bit money hungry to prohibit people from packing their own snack for their toddlers. I'm happy to buy a coffee but leave us to feed our kids how we see fit.
Please either lift the food ban or expand the food options to include healthy, freshly prepared kid...
