The service here was honestly really bad. Waited in the cafe line to be served for 15 minutes when there was only a couple of people ahead of me. The staff seemed like they do not care about their jobs or the customers. We had a kids birthday party here with catered food, and the food arrived 45 minutes late because they had to go buy more party pies from the local shop. When it was time to bring out the cake, they forgot they were doing it, made us wait 35 minutes before we checked it was still coming, they seemed amused that they had forgotten about us, meanwhile all the kids were waiting for cake. They still took another 10 minutes to bring it out and they brought it unsliced, without a knife, I asked the girl if she could please bring back a knife for us, she said she would and then instead went back to the cafe and started “doing an order”, we had to go back again and ask for the knife again. Honestly don’t host a birthday party here, and if you’d like to order food from the cafe, be prepared to wait a really long time while the staff chat with each other and look at their phones. Also to top it all off, the disabled toilets in the women’s bathroom are...

I don’t know if we’ll revisit KWP for the slides. Two complete pipe slides, one of which was open for a few minutes upon opening then closed for almost the rest of the day. Although the facility was not overly busy, having only one slide open all day meant kids had to queue. A couple of times they gave up waiting and just walked back down. Great grounds- very clean and tidy with ample shade. Several tables and bench seats. Also bbqs to use. A huge pool for laps and a couple of smaller pools for the younger kids. Pools not heated and in full sun. We’d planned to stay almost all day, and to buy our lunch. Unfortunately a hand written ‘out of stock ‘ sign was placed up at the front of the canteen from prior to lunch. The only hot food available from the small menu was hot chips and gravy. We ended up leaving early as the kids were bored with the single slide and wanted a choice of lunch. If the canteen can be improved and the slide situation tended to, I would consider...

its alright. very dated, literally feels like when I was a kid. The waterslides look very old. Lychen growing on the outside of them isnt very appealing.

Overall the water is nice in all pools, kids area is really nice and entertaining with plenty of shade.

Biggest gripe is the lifeguards seem to do nothing at all. Ive seen teenagers literally do a bombie at the shallow end, in the lap lane, pretty much on top of an older person swimming laps, right in from of a lifeguard and they did nothing. This same kid did the same thing at least 3-4 times that I saw, and he was looking at the lifeguard as he did it, basically taunting them. If you dont have the guts to actually enforce rules, then find a different job. Thats one example of many that I have seen where things have just...

Nice little water park with 2 water slides, 1 big pool and 2 little ones and another pool / section for babies. We’ve been twice over the last 2 weeks and it hasn’t been very busy. I don’t if it’s because I’m old now but the slides are very fast. (Must be because I’m old) My 5 year old loved them and was fine going by himself (with us parents going after and before him. I used to come here as a kid about 20+ years ago. Lots of parking and it’s pretty cheap for pool entry and additional cost if you want to go on the slides. There’s groupon coupons from time to time too.

Not bad as in value for money and a fun day out for the kids but I was disappointed to see the speed slides are gone and then due to being understaffed there were no inflatables. Trees and surrounds are nice. Pools apparently freezing too! I never swam though - that’s what other adults said. Kiosk has simple good junk choices and kids were happy. I enjoyed all the shade and lovely big gums.
