Sebastian Butchers — Local services in Kalamunda

I purchased a vegetarian lasagna. My daughter who is vegetarian was very disappointed as it comprised layers of pasta but just sauce in between. No or very little vegetables

This was Saturday 13 September

I decided to provide ‘polite’ feed back until I mentioned it to the girl cashier. She flailed her arms in the air and stated they didn’t make it and only sold it, so not their responsibility

The butcher who sold it to me took some interest so I explained to him the issue. He said there was usually certain vegetables and was surprised there was not

The girl cashier interrupted and mentioned she would pass it on to the manufacturer but again stated ‘ not our problem, we only sell it’

I reminded her it you sell something you take a responsibility for it and I expected a far better empathetic response

The guys there are great , helpful, friendly but this girl needs a serious lesson in customer service

Regrettably, as a result, my days of shopping there are over and regrettably as I am the loser as the meat I buy is or...

My Partner got Meat from them at the end of last year while working in Kalamunda. They have been our Butcher ever since, well worth around a 20 minutes drive from Home each way once every 3 weeks.

Brilliant customer service from first contact to finish, I pre-order over the Phone. We eat Grass fed Meats for healthier option & their Meat are quality cuts. The taste alone in comparison to Grain fed for us was reason in only eating Grass fed Meats.(Meats can have Gluten from Grains), having Celiacs...
