We regularly eat here. Freshly ordered honey chicken is amazing. We love the special fried rice and Pad Thai. The staff are very friendly and always make us feel welcome. It's one of the highlights after a long day at work. Update- these guys know how to do crispy chicken! It was amazing. I give you a sixth star 🌟

Nice little place. Tried the chicken laksa (seafood laksa not available). Huge bowl of soup! First time I haven't been able to finish a laksa like, ever. It was tasty but very oily and the chicken was overcooked and I think it might have originally been battered, which is odd.

Wow I am really shocked that anyone could say ANYTHING bad about these guys?? As you can see their ratings are mostly 5 stars with a couple of 1's. So I think the problem may have been the customers or a misunderstanding. I've been a customer since they 1st opened and it really impressed me that they took the time to learn their customers names AND remember them! I've seen their menu changes in the beginning as they tried to work out what was most liked and wanted. Some of the dishes initially that they tried were ok but now their menu is delicious and I've tried almost all of it! Highly recommend the Samosas, the spicy beef noodle soup, laksa and pho. They even had a Chicken Jerk at one point that was to die for!

They have great food at very fair prices but the service is the best. They've gone out of their way to make customers happy, they've made me dishes just before closing more than once and apologized profusely the few times they were out of something. We are moving soon and I'll miss their food but I'll miss their smiles most. I wish them great success. They work damn hard for it!

Update: We moved almost 2 years ago and although I have found two restaurants whose food is good, I still can’t find anyone who’s soups are a patch on these guys 🥺 I miss their spicy beef soup Soooooo much. Ahhh it was the best I’ve tasted. Nothing...

I've never been so disgusted with the service in my life. Trying to order with a very pleasant lady, the cook came over as my friend was asking her husband what he would like. As he was parking the car. He said don't take woman's order as she was relaying it to the lady. He made her put back what was already ordered. Made her feel so embarrassed. The man has no idea how to treat customers. I've Been an executive chef for over 20 years, Incharge of over three hundred restaurants across the uk. If any of my staff spoke to a customer like he did. They would have been fired for misconduct. I will never go back to that place again. Or any of my friends. I'll educated little man. Hopefully he will be out of business soon. The foods alway cold anyway. Such a shame, the other staff are lovely. He needs to find a job as a road sweeper where he has no contact with the public, and where his level of intelligence lays.

Regards Iain John...

Since the new owners have taken over from May 1st, just 4 days ago, we have had food from here 3 times! We have had rice paper rolls, Pad Thai, fried rice, Thai green curry, salt and pepper chicken, papaya salad, curry puffs, and Nasi Goreng. Everything has been delicious and is restaurant quality not takeaway - at least on par with Kishi IMHO. We didn't go to Thai on The Hill that often but we did miss it when it was sold, but Louis's Kitchen will more than replace that for us. This will be our local go-to for takeaway from now on for sure. The staff are delightful. the menu is not extensive like some Asian restaurants, but it is a really good distillation of some great dishes from Thailand to Indonesia, and of course, Vietnam. Coles Central isn't the greatest place for atmosphere but the food is...
