I managed to cope with the queues on how busy it was, which is fine as it is popular and worth the wait? To a certain degree, when your queue is up to 50 people deep, and you have four staff, just looking at the refill bar when it doesn’t need refilling and one cash register open. That is absolutely absurd. By the time you put your yoghurt into your bowl and wait for the person to serve one at a time each customer by the time you get to the cash register, your yoghurt is melted and liquefied.
The manager once asked for my feedback and I gave it to him saying you need to have two cash registers open you have the staff for it for the flow of customers you have. We come a few times a week only to always experience the same scenario.
In Victoria Park they always have two cash registers going and the same in Leederville.
I’ve come here tonight being a Saturday evening busy only now to find that you’ve removed the most popular mango yoghurt, two of your machines with your signature tart Along with salted caramel are are working, And with a queue with over 60 people deep 4 staff members, were just standing behind the counter and the manager, making his own Yo-Chi and people were waiting to be served with the scales not in perfect operation so service was taking longer than even the normal slow service This is absolutely ridiculous .
I feel you are now taking advantage of your customers, as you are busy, but not delivering the full Yo-chi custom service...

Read morethe yoghurts fine not horrible, but nothing special. there are some good topping but that’s really all. they treat you like you’re in kindergarten again because they make you line up and wait your turn, which just made this take so much longer, seriously, it’s damn yoghurt! that wasn’t even the worst part, the PRICES. it’s yoghurt and some lollies, shouldn’t cost much right? well it did. i think it’s really messed up that you can pay so much for some fun yoghurt. i payed $11which is already ridiculous, then i found out my friend payed $30 and she barely even got much! just a bit of yoghurt, bit of chocolate and cookie crumbs. i wish this could be an enjoyable experience, but it really wasn’t. change your prices and maybe i’ll consider coming back.
edit: i wrote that while i was eating the sour straps and chocolate chips and the yoghurt, right after i started eating the cookie dough which was vegan. DO NOT RECOMMEND. made me feel like i was gonna throw up, tasted completely artificial, didn’t taste like cookie dough at all, i was on the verge of throwing up. DO...
