We would refer friends and family for food but probably not for an event. The staff member hosting us at the venue for the evening Zaph was 10/10 fantastic and is the perfect personality, temperament and work ethic to work in hospitality. However i strongly feel that the physical venue setup was not suitable for the 80 guests we booked with your functions coordinator and the space was too cramped causing guests to overflow near the bar which was also the entrypoint to our function space. Aside from Zaph i had multiple reports of rude staff members getting annoyed or short with my guests. I witnessed this first hand where one of your waitresses was so rude to my aunty arriving. Other members of staff rolling their eyes when people were blocking the way of them serving food or drink.
