Never knew anything about this public toilet but wow it is impressive and the volunteers who keep it clean are absolutely lovely, helpful and know about the history of the loo. They record how many people go to look. So so far since it opened in May 22 they have had in excess of 275000 people. That’s pretty impressive for a public toilet. It’s the first time I can say I’ve had a pee on a $5000 gold loo. The murals are so impressive and why can I say about the chandeliers in a public toilet. If there are no men using the toilet ladies are quite welcome to go in and have a peak and visa versa. Two totally different themes. Both are so clean. Definitely worth a visit probably the best and most unique attraction in Maryborough. Lastly it’s free.

The ladies at the visitor information Center told us about this and so happy they did! Truly the most beautiful public toilets I’ve ever seen - that’s a sentence I never thought I would write. Very clean, beautiful artwork and classical music playing. The parent room was beautiful, featuring Mary Poppins. Currently travelling Australia (@lapwithnomap on IG) and don’t think any toilet can top this.

WOW. What an amazing toilet block to visit. Highly recommend going there. The ladies who supervise the block are so nice and friendly. The art work is amazing and the concept brilliant. I was so excited when I was there to see something so different and unique.

I found this amazing toilet block by chance after a recent holiday to the Fraser Coast. Immaculate, unique, creative, welcoming, it was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you to the artists, Maryborough council, the Flusher Ushers and everyone who contributed to this icon toilet block. It is...
