We recently had a day out as a family and my son invited a couple of his friends to come along. Everything was fine and the kids were having a ball playing poison ball until one of my son's friends accidentally threw the ball at the opposition and hit an older kid in the head. He is only 9 years old and the kid he accidentally hit would've been at least 12 if not up to 14 years old he was definitely much bigger lets put it that way! Anyway this older kid didn't except that it was an accident and charged at him and threw him to the ground raising a fist to punch him in the face. Right at that moment my wife was right there and got in his way raising her voice at him to tell him he can't do that! All of a sudden the supervisors ran over and started to attack my wife saying that she can't yell at any of the kids and asked her to leave. I wasn't there at the time but my wife ran over all flustered and disgusted in the manner that the team at Airborne handled the situation. I went over to speak with the Manager Liam to find out why he asked my wife to leave. He falsely accused my wife to be yelling at all the kids. At this point I asked if he could produce the camera footage showing the whole incident including my wife verbally abusing multiple kids. He asked us to escort him to the back room to discuss this matter further and show me the video. Once we got back to the back room and watched the playback of the whole incident Liam went white as a ghost as he realised he had made a false accusation. After seeing the footage I then demanded that he went over to the culprit and his parents and asked them to leave immediately as that's what should've happened right from the start because their policy is supposedly 0 tolerance to violence followed by an apology to my wife for falsely accusing her at verbal abuse to a group of kids. Liam went over to the culprit's parent and spoke with her for 5 minutes and then walked away. I then went back to Liam to find out that he decided to give them a warning. I then demanded to speak with the owner who's name is Garry I since found out but he told me that he would need to call me as he was uncontactable, so I left my number for him to call. Garry did call me the day after and we discussed the whole incident as he did view the footage before calling me. He did agree that what my wife did was quite normal as any parent would've done the same thing and that is to stop another kid from punching my son's mate. He also agreed that Liam probably mishandled the whole situation and that he would be putting in extra staff training which was all good. However I wasn't happy because I demanded that Liam give my wife a sincere apology for falsely accusing her. His answer to that was I will call your wife on Liam's behalf and talk to her WHAT A JOKE! To this day the manage LIAM (NO BACKBONE) hasn't apologised and Garry won't answer or return calls anymore! I ask you, would you put your family at risk of assault in the care of this unprofessional team of young and immature kids that can't handle a situation...
Read moreI recently celebrated my son's 8th birthday at Airborne, and it turned out to be an awesome experience for all the kids who attended. I opted for the Lunar Party package, which offered 2 hours of fun-filled activities, including one hour of jumping time and approximately 30-35 minutes in the party room. However, there were a few aspects that I would like to highlight for future party planners.
The package started at 11:00 AM, and I assumed that I would have ample time to receive and greet friends before the jumping session, which I assumed to begin at 11:30 AM and last until 12:30 PM. Unfortunately, I realized that I should have asked my friends to arrive half an hour earlier, as those who came late missed out on the early jumping time.
At 12:00 PM, the kids were ushered into the party room where we had arranged for food, including pizza, popcorn, chicken, and fries. The host was very attentive but seemed a bit rushed to ensure everything ran on time. This led to cutting the birthday cake around 12:25 PM, and in the midst of all the excitement, I didn't notice that my youngest son had wandered off.
The food provided for the parents was quite satisfying, with a choice of wedges and burgers. The portions were reasonable and left everyone satisfied. On a positive note, Airborne allows you to bring your own food if you prefer, which is a great option.
One drawback of the party package was that the kids were given return tickets to the park. However, they couldn't go back and enjoy the trampolines again, which was a bit disappointing for many of the children who wanted to jump some more. In comparison, other centers like Croc's allow for more extended playtime after the party, which I think should be considered as an option at Airborne.
In conclusion, Airborne - Indore Trampoline Park is an excellent venue for a birthday celebration, and the Lunar Party package offers plenty of fun activities for kids. Just be mindful of the timing and make sure to invite friends early to maximize the jumping time. The food options are satisfactory, and you have the flexibility to bring your own food. The only improvement I suggest is providing an option for kids to continue jumping after the party, as it would add more value to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a memorable day, and the kids had a blast at Airborne. I would recommend it to others looking for an enjoyable and energetic venue for their...

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere feels vibrant, energetic, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional, making sure that safety is always a top priority without ever making the experience feel restrictive or over-managed. Their briefing sessions are clear, and it’s obvious they take pride in creating a safe environment where everyone can just focus on having fun.
The park itself is spacious and well-designed, offering a variety of activities that appeal to all age groups. The trampoline zones are a definite highlight, providing plenty of room to bounce freely or try out flips and tricks. For younger kids, there are safe, sectioned-off areas so they don’t feel overwhelmed, while teenagers and adults can explore more challenging zones.
