Was really disappointed this evening when I approached the check out to pay for my beverage and to purchase a couple of kilos of sweets to take home that our Bill isn’t able to be split. At checkout the server made it a big deal that I wanted to split the bill and fetched the manager, the manager proceeded to speak to me in a condescending way and stated that due to owners and the way the owners have set up the payment system that bills were unable to be paid separately. I then explained to her that she can cancel the initial bill and put it through again as I am purchasing things to take home and it is unfair. She then proceeded to explain to me her job and things that were just unnecessary for her to share with me as I really don’t care. At the end I gave her an ultimatum. Either we pay separately or we don’t pay at all within 10 seconds we had paid. It was a simple as that I don’t know why they chose to make such a scene in front of all the other customers. I definitely won’t be back and I will be sure to tell family and friends how poor Service was even the girls that packed my sweets for me were just trying to get their job done and didn’t really care about customers They were close to the walk-through area where people walk-through to go to the bathroom. Read moreI waited for assistance for approximately 10 minutes at the pay counter when a man said, "Please wait. We will assist you soon. Because we are busy and staff is short." The same man returned after 7 minutes and asked me what I wanted. I mentioned that I needed bhaklava, which cost $30 (mix); the price was already stated there. I pick two pieces from each type. It was 632 gm with his 100 gm plastic plate, so the cost should have been $18 but he wanted $22. Why this much, I questioned; it ought to be about 18 Pistachios are expensive, brother, and I left my work in the middle to come help you and you chose the majority of the pieces with pistachios, he responded. He then asked me for payment and said, "I don't have time to discuss," start doing his own work start blabering his native language. Price is already set, so I don't understand why you guys added $5. I believe your representative charged me for his service fee (according to what I understand).

Been going there for last couple of months now ,and far as it goes for quality and taste I personally think it's good .let's talk about the quality of service. I usually order a Lebanese coffee with cardamom spice, some times they forget to add the cardamom,but that's okay no one is perfect. I waited half an hour for a table once,the table became available but they didn't tell me i ended up drinking my coffee inside another time I was intimidated by one of the customers and when I complained nothing was done. Last night i ordered a shisha I told the staff that I'm going to make a phone call and I'm coming straight back. When I came back 5 minutes later,my packet of cigarettes was missing,my cake half eaten also was missing,my half empty bottle of water also was not on the table,and when i asked one of the staff he gave me a weird look he went inside and he returned my smokes.but what about my cake and my precious bottle of water???
