It was the first time visiting this shop and my trolley was full of bags and stuff I bought from the green apple shop , I got box of eggs and kept it out of the bags so it doesn't break, I came to pay for the stuff I got and the lady was doing the service she asked about the egg box and I said it's from the other shop but she keeps asking and wants to see the receipt, I gave her the receipt and she charges me with the eggs until I asked her why then she removed it and we paid walked out of the shop one other lady run behind me and asking me to come back to the shop as my stuff wasn't paid for .... I got really mad and went back spoke to the owner and I was very understandable about checking bags and stuff but the way they did it and twice same time was too much disappointing and embarrassing as they made me look like stealing from them as I have returned the stuff and they weren't sorry even I will never recommend it to anyone as they have very bad experiences in customer services . I went shopping there today and the girl who was checking out was so ugly that she asked me "You did a lot of shopping yesterday, did you eat all the food and came today to shop again?" It's an inappropriate way and I think it's not their business, they just have to pay. I think the accounting employees need to be educated more on how to deal with customers. Had to regrettably post this up. I regularly give businesses positive feedback, I'm not picky and will generally overlook a lot of things. But, this store really needs to appreciate that the customer service at the front counter is really bad. Won't make a long review, but they simply don't pay any attention to customers, rarely smile or show any sort of enthusiasm, handle products in a rough manner, avoid eye contact or any kind of gesture to say thank you.
