Finally! Got to explore the garden at the junction of Balwyn & Canterbury Rd which always looked inviting driving past. While it is more of a park, a small one at that - it does have a deep gully sloping terrain in the middle with a hidden creek.. Bitumen paths along the top & one cutting through over the bridge. Dogs & cyclists allowed.
With the busy drone of traffic along Canterbury Rd even on a Sunday - it is not exactly tranquil. No playground but has a gazebo for added interest & plenty of garden seats. The limited floral plantings & parterre are along the Station side & back boundary.
Has potential for smaller gravel pathways to enable a good workout given the sloping terrain. The beaut feature of this garden is the massive oak trees & elms that provide a cool canopy. It is quite steep in parts. So if you are using a self propelled wheelchair, you will find some difficulty unless your shoulders are still 100% and if you have to roll backwards down hill, the paths although tipple the width of an average chair, due to the hilliness the camber will in all likely hood see you rolling...

The park is a little hilly, and has very well maintained paths. The park has wide variety of plants, all very very well maintained.
There is only one covered space in the park though, which is too less for a park this beautiful.
