If you are fussy about your coffee, and want a quiet place to relax - this is the place for you. I explained to the Barista at Fiendish Brew that I was very particular about my coffee, and that I preferred a doppio ristretto café late. (This means it's a restricted extraction: it's based on the idea that the first part of any extraction is the most flavoursome, and the subsequent coffee that follows is not as concentrated. The longer the extraction process, the less flavours are left in the coffee. A ristretto is basically only the good bits at the beginning, restricting the secondary extraction and resulting in a more concentrated coffee.) The Barista made me a superb ristretto.
