I made a trip to the Duldig Studio to research information for a university assignment, and the Director and guides went above and beyond in giving me the information I needed regarding volunteering, the studio's history and the artistic legacy of Karl and Slawa Duldig.

After multiple follow-ups borh phone and email, where they hadn't taken the initiative to give updates and then kept saying it'll "be a couple of weeks", I was supposed to pick up the sculptures today (nearly 3 months later) at a specific time. I live a fair way away and came here to find the place closed up and they hadn't notified me, AGAIN. Extremely poor customer service, would never do a workshop here again. Still haven't received...
