Upon reading the other reviews there is some serious managerial issues and staff training issues at this branch. The staff (Clydella) was extremely unprofessional and rude. I placed a pick up order, come into the branch, and find that the staff is on break for 40 minutes whilst my drink is sitting on the counter. It is quite obvious that after waiting around for 40 minutes (with no option to cancel the order or get a refund) that I would ask for my drink remade however the staff takes it upon herself to argue that I should've came in as soon as I placed the order to pick it up and not in fact on the pick up time indicated on the app. If I knew the store was closed or closing, I would not have made the order. Also not my first negative experience here. The staff are always leisurely making orders with no sense of respect for customers time. And I know for a fact that it does not take more than 5 minutes to make an order especially because stores in the city have always demonstrated quick and quality service. Train your...
Read moreStaff (Thomas) is very rude, refused to help putting through an order at POS, our membership card wont scan properly through your self serve machine so we needed help but were refused. His attitude is unacceptable, he checked and the card worked at till but said he’s too busy to help putting through our order (?). We have been to this store couple time before and had never felt welcome there. This is our last time, we will never be back again. If you hate serving customer that much and only accept self serve order, maybe you should get rid of your POS. Unfortunately, they seem to lack a basic understanding of what true hospitality entails. I even witnessed one employee treating an Uber driver quite poorly—completely unacceptable behavior.
