I live locally and watching this new studio pop up I was really excited to give it a try. My first time ever getting a professional colour and am extremely happy with the result. The team is really welcoming and when my initial colour wasn’t what I was expecting, Ricki went out of her way to make sure I walked out with a result I loved. Amazing service! Ricki went out of her way to ensure my hair was healthy and coloured well. When we left the basin she noticed there was an area of my hair that wasn’t soaking up colour well (due to damage) and proceeded to take me back to the basin and recolour my hair to make sure there was an even distribution of colour.
