Customer service is really bad, we got our pizza delivered much later than scheduled, 30-45 mins, without an apology, once. The second time was tonight, my husband placed the order at 6.30pm to get it delivered at 7.30pm. However, we had waited until 8pm and there was nothing from them, he decided to give them a call to ask about our pizza, it turned out one of the pizza makers did not show up for his shift so they had to get someone else who is not familiar to the system. I understand it’s frustrating for all industries about the shortage of staffs. The point is if there is any issues caused the delay of delivery, as a business owner, you should at least notify your customers about the delay of their delivery. Fabulous food (tasty and tender); marvellous mushroom sauce (my mouth still waters about it and I can't wait to go back for more); and this has to be the cleanest restaurant, with the cleanest loos, you'll ever find. Friendly maitre-de who ensures everyone is happy. MUCH LATER, and after a few more visits, I found out that they make everything fresh. So my fave mushroom sauce is made fresh after I order it!!! That's so amazing. Francie, the maitre-de, told me that they need to make the bolognese sauce ahead of time, as it takes a long while to cook and develop its flavour, but almost everything else is cooked fresh. I Ordered 4 pizza's for $85, in the end I only received 3 (2familly,1small) after waiting 1 hour. I called up to let them know that they forgot one of them. they said I only ordered 3 pizzas but in fact I remember asking for it. it then took an additional 40 mins to receive 1 small pizza. definitely not worth waiting 2 hours for 4 pizzas. (I live 10mins from the place) Personally I would have liked a refund but I didn't say anything.

they Really need to step there game up. since this is the second time this has happened, the first time it was thru Uber.
