My husband purchased a dress ring from jk collections and I had worn it maybe six times on Special occasions I noticed one day that the a bar of diamonds were raised I took it back as I thought it was faulty it should be able to take more ware and tare than that the owner and his wife were not pleased but fixed it all the same as i explained it had only been worn no more than six times and t might have been loose or faulty? I was pleased to pick it up thinking it had been fixed only to one day look down and notice my ring looked different and there was a reason that same bar of diamonds had fallen of I felt shocked and upset took it back and politely explained what had happened and In My opinion the sides were compromised when Joseph pushed it back down it must of left it weak at the sides I can't think of any other reason to which he became very angry and loud and told me not to blame him he continued to talk down to me and told me it would take months to do something about it and it wasn't his fault well its definitely not mine and I don't think it's fair I replied he was so rude he had me in tears at that point I left the store and called fair trade as I was so upset and lost all respect for them as they weren't professional at all and there was no customer service I walked back in and explained my rights I mean he was the one who handled my ring and said my ring was fixed? With still no compassion he excepted the fault and told me they would be in touch as far as progress on the ring they would either fix or replace and sent it of to the manufacturer, never heard back so for 3 weeks so i chased it up and his wife assured me it had be sent I asked if it was going to cost anything and she said that there was a little cost that they would except still no smiles and rude.. My husband went to pick the ring up and sure enough they wanted $200 the ring had been replaced so I don't know where they came up with that sum as on my receipt it just said fix or replace and I told my husband just give it to them I just want it over and done with my husband let joshep know that he didn't handle this complaint with any compassion or care and weren't professional at all and that he had reduced me to tears .. Joseph said he's not here to deal with emotional people well I'm not usually emotional I just didn't expect that level of rudeness and arrogance and finger pointing that's ok its called karma this could have all been handled a lot better from the start I will never shop there again and have lost total respect it's any wonder the shop is so quiet every time I walk past hope you can improve on your customer service and experience and stand by the work u fix...
Read moreI am not complaining about the shopping center. The shopping center is great especially for grocery shopping and kids. I am complaining about the store JIT CUTS. With $10 i do not expect any quality or fashionable hair cut but i do need respect! The hairdressers there just want everyone to get head shaved within 5min and get out. Guys with little hair are their favorite. If you have some suggestions they are not happy and not patient. Again with $10 it is all right. My mom went there at about 11am on Sunday 08/01/17 and wanted her hair a little bit shorter with some layer for the hot days. It is not a hard job as she had short hair. A skinny lady hairdresser cut my mom's hair. When nearly finishing my mom suggested her to cut the curly part as it still looked messy and to make the hair just short and clean. The lady was not happy and argued. When my mom was leaving she told my mom in Chinese never come back as my mom did not understand what she was talking about. EXCUSE ME! WE RE BOTH CHINESE! SHAME OF YOU! This is Australia. We have never seen this before even when we arrived in Melbourne for the first time and only spoke a few English words. Most of the local people have treated us very nicely. OK JIT CUTS WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! And the owner/manager of Jit Cuts Waverley Gardens, just let you know the rude hairdresser is the most skinny lady who was working from morning on 08/01/17. There were three ladies working on that day. You should teach her how to respect customers or simply sack her to keep...
Read moreI was disappointed today, when I visited Waverley Gardens, with the shopping trolley returns in order to receive my inserted money back. Upon trying to return my cart in the parking lot, I found that there were no carts available to connect my particular cart to in order to retrieve my money. I was forced to return my cart to the store inside. I never leave my cart parked by vehicles, but always return it to the bay where it belongs as I have seen carts rolling across parking lots and hitting parked vehicles on windy and stormy days. It is an inconvenience to have to use a coin to be able to use both Coles and Woolworths shopping carts not just at this location. I understand that people are lazy and therefore the need to make them pay for use. Come on now. Will we next be penalized for not returning the correct cart to the correct store allocated return bay? As it is, more and more the customer is penalized, as companies choose to refrain from employee serviced checkout aisles. Thus the customer is being forced to use self checkouts, reducing the need for employees and of course ultimately increasing the revenue of these companies. This is occurring across the board in many industries not just groceries. Come on businesses, what happened to good old fashioned customer service?
Disappointed consumer, in how times have drastically taken a turn...
