Weaver Reserve — Attraction in Melbourne

Perfect spot for a picnic with the family or friends. Across the road is Logan Reserve which has had a recent upgrade with toilets, playground for all ages, tables, chairs and more. In Weaver Resege you can play ball and toss a frisbee (just). Small cafe called Norfolk on the edge of the park. The pier is across the road and it’s 300m from road to the end. Parking is pretty good but can be more challenging in warmer days. Very kid friendly. Toilets close by at Logan Reserve across the road. Shops are nearby for the usual fish and chips plus supermarket and all other amenities up Pier Street....

We love our local park, it's friendly, in the best location you can imagine, across the road from Altona beach and Altona Pier. Lots of space with great big trees and a fabulous playground for the children in such a friendly community. Shady park with easy access to beach, cafes and Coles. It is a great spot to take the family with a great playground for the kids and toilets. There are changes rooms absolve on east side of Pier Street. I love climbing the big tree in the middle with the thick low hanging branch. A great spot to hang a hammock I'd it's not too busy.
