Logan Reserve — Attraction in Melbourne

It's a beautiful park, has small covered areas perfect to relax on sunny days. Close to beach so you can feel the nice breeze. Has beautiful trees and swings for kids. I have been to this place with my baby. Also a great place to take your dog for a walk. Perfect for a family picnic or BBQ. It's near to Coles, 2 minutes walk and 3 minutes to the pier street shops. Everything is close by. There are also some ice cream shops to enjoy ice cream in the part. There is a big old tree in the park which I admire. Perfect spot for a picnic with the family or friends. A recent upgrade sees this place Witt food toilets, playground for all ages, tables, chairs and more. Sit under the Norfolk pines or the enormous fig tree and soak up all that Altona has to offer. The pier is across the road and it’s 300m from road to the end. Parking is pretty good but can be more challenging in warmer days. Very kid friendly. Toilets close. Shops are across the road for the usual fish and chips plus supermarket and all other amenities up Pier Street....

Beautiful, serene and an all-in-one package, with a park for families next to a beautiful beach for enthusiasts and unfortunately some cosy places for drug addicts and borderline homeless drunks. We went there as a family with the new arrival and we didn’t feel completely safe when breastfeeding, as there were drunk men in rather less conservative attires, homeless addicts sleeping on the benches etc. The scenery itself is amazing and lots of locals come here over the weekend to enjoy the love and life of this...
