REVELATION IN RESPONSE TO THE PROPRIETOR: Instead of trying to salvage your reputation with baseless accusations, why don't you release the camera footage and let the truth speak? While you're at it, make sure to showcase the sinister behavior of your staff, especially that young employee who mockingly bid us farewell with taunts like "Ciao, bye, sayonara" and felt it amusing to jeer at departing customers. Or how about the incriminating video of your staff making light of my toddler's dropped dough with a "5-second rule" joke? How low can one stoop? Our emotions were high, indeed, but to claim we were abusive is a spineless attempt to deflect from your own vile conduct. Distinguish between assertiveness and abuse. You and your crew are the real culprits here, and the onus of proving otherwise rests squarely on your deceitful shoulders.
It's evident, considering the torrent of complaints against your establishment, that you have made it a habit to torment your patrons. Brace yourself. Businesses that thrive on maligning their customers are destined for doom. Hope to soon witness the closure of such a contemptuous establishment. If this is your idea of "customer service," you have no right to remain in business.

Read moreI rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. My family and I visited this restaurant when it was completely empty. We selected a table that would allow space for a pram and provide some privacy for my wife to breastfeed if needed. We were immediately told we could not move the table to accommodate the pram which was positioned well out of any walkway or exit route.
I went to the counter to place our order, only to be told by the manager that we must wait at the table for a staff member to take it. I complied, sat back down, and waited. Minutes passed in an empty restaurant before a different staff member finally approached us not to take our order, but to tell us we could not be served due to “owner’s fire safety policy” regarding the pram.
When I explained our seating choice was for breastfeeding privacy, the manager’s response was incredibly rude and dismissive. He suggested my wife go to the toilet or upstairs with the pram both impractical and inappropriate solutions. The attitude shown was unprofessional, lacking basic customer service, empathy, and common sense.
We left without ordering. A completely avoidable situation handled with arrogance and no decency. Needless to say, we won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to any family looking for a respectful or accommodating...

This restaurant was awful from the customer service to the pizza we never received We booked in for pizza classes and upon arrival the tables were visibly grubby and simply dirty and the children were rolling the doughs out on these tables, the toppings provided were not fresh you could see the mushrooms wrinkling away to nothing, we had booked in requesting vegan options and were told they were available but we were given a very small amount (a quarter of what other kids were given) and when we asked for more we were given regular cheese and told there’s none left, when we spoke up about this being an issue we were met with rude customer service by the owner who didn’t want to deal with the issue and denied taking a vegan booking when we provided proof we booked for vegan we were told “we were busy yesterday there’s none left what do you want me to do” which is inconsiderate considering this is a pre booked class, clearly these classes have just been thrown together with no care or real organisation, unfortunately we were excited for this experience but we’re let down, you are better off getting stuff from coles and doing this form home at least the ingredients...
