We did the most enjoyable sourdough masterclass with Stephen and came home feeling confident and ready to get baking. The class size was small so we were able to ask as many questions as we wanted to. Stephen explained everything in a way that actually made sense and gave us the science between why and how processes occur. We had an amazing lunch and lots of laughs. The building is amazing also and it was so interesting to learn the history of not only the historic Arnott bakehouse but how bakeries of the era were constructed.
