Inner City Winemakers — Attraction in Newcastle-Maitland

Finally had a chance to experience the wines and atmosphere at Inner City Winemakers which far surpassed expectations! Rob is simply fantastic. Amazingly personable and warm while also producing everything onsite himself, no small feat when creating multiple varietals within local regions. Everything we tried was beautifully balanced and made with passion and a little playfulness.

We stopped here as part of our AmazingCo mystery picnic tour, assuming we’d stop to just pick up a bottle and leave, but were delighted to have the opportunity to meet Rob and taste a selection of delicious wines. Rob is friendly and so knowledgeable. Couldn’t leave without grabbing a few extra bottles! We’re not really wine obsessed, but we loved this experience. Highly recommend a visit. We popped in on a Saturday afternoon and so glad we did. Janine was lovely, very passionate about their product and guided us through their unique wines, many award winners. Amazing fume Blanc, Shiraz, and Sangiovese. Made with minimal sulphites which is a great value add and also very well priced. Also very cool art and great stories about the neighbourhood....
