Fairly good for kids and toddlers, needs to be maintained however, honkey nuts and leaves everywhere. Would have been nicer if a blower had cleared the debris once a week, so toddler didn't keep...

Just a normal average neighbourhood piece of greenery with a children's play area but shady with trees lining one side.
