This is honestly a shame that I would have to post such negative review, but sadly this store is just too far off to ignore. Coming from the east coast of Australia (Sydney), the Lebanese community has flourished and sure enough you know Lebanese hospitality when you see it. And you know how the food should be presented and more importantly how it should taste. And unfortunately this place is the furthest thing from it. I don't know if this is one of many stores they have or not but these "Lebanese" owners who we know well enough take pride in the product they deliver need to revisit this place and really take a good hard look at where the business has headed. Ordering a chicken shawarma roll & a quarter chicken and chips sure enough I knew what to expect. Or so I thought... This is where the disappointment followed through. The were about 8 staff members or so cooking and preparing orders yet some how this simple order took 30 minutes to come. The presentation, oh thats something else in itself. It was messy, it was nothing that I had expected. A Chicken shawarma role is a simple roll with your shredded chicken and your choice of veggies with garlic sauce rolled up and slightly toasted. Yep... None of that happened... What I a got was a barely folded together Lebanese bread stuffed with the ingredients, imagine a soft shell messy taco, that what came out.. what's worse was the paper being used. And literally bonded itself to the roll tearing the bread apart as you tried to open it up to eat. Moving on to the quarter chicken and chips. I don't know what they were thinking but slapping a big blob of garlic with some chips and a small bit of salad in the take out trays for (dine in) is unacceptable. We won't stop there they chose to throw a Lebanese bread on top of it and jam a under cooked garlic sauce coated chicken on-top of the bread only to close it up and hand it over to you in a brown paper bag. Headed over to sit and eat in the below average seating area, it was easy to spot that not a single staff member bothered to walk through and clean tables or wipe them down for the next set of customers. Hygiene levels thumbs down if you ask me. Opening up my order immediately I was disgusted with it. The bread had turned into a dough and the chicken was just slimey. Now remember I'm comparing to the Lebanese food I know and love from other restaurants, and my reviews previously speak for their self. Then to my surprise I find that the order was completely wrong. Rather than a qaurter chicken they've jammed literally 2 quarter chickens in it. I understand that some people out there don't have the privilege to eat food, so I ate what I could save from it, which was pretty much the chips and salad and just immediately left. I write this review honestly thinking in the next few hours I'd be having food poisoning.

I am sorry to say that after 22 years of patronage, I won't be coming back to this place, since being sold to new owners the quality and the portions of the food have gone on a steep decline. The platters are half the weight they use to be, the flavours are non-existent, the kebabs are the size of spring rolls, yes ..the size of spring rolls...go see for yourself, I honestly do not think these new owners/management is interested in improving. The waiting is even more horrible, 43 minutes for a Lamb & Chicken Kebab...43 MINUTES!!!! WT?!?!?! The new management has no sense of urgency, no wonder all those people there waiting for their food are always frustrated and angry, i really wish the best for you guys. I have recently noticed since the new owners took over, less and less people are frequenting that place, I remember the hay days and good memories of this place, it's not the same anymore, sad to say that things change, time to move on. To anyone reading this, I recommend Beirut down the street or at least The Little Lebanon Restaurant on Main St. those guys still make the original sized portions and authentic taste of Lebanese food while retaining the quality.

Sorry for the late message. Last Sunday, May 18th around 10 PM, I ordered a Kafta Platter with biryani rice as a takeaway. The staff double-checked my order to confirm it was correct. However, when I got home and opened the packet, I was shocked to see that the food I ordered was not what I received. I didn’t check the food at the counter, trusting that the correct order had been packed—who would expect otherwise, especially after confirming it twice? I’m genuinely disappointed. Is this how you treat your customers? If your team can’t handle busy times, it would be better to inform customers rather than delivering wrong orders. It’s either due to a lack of attention or untrained staff. Please ensure your team is properly trained to avoid these mistakes in the future. Thank you for understanding.

Update 13/07/23 What has happened!? These guys used to have the best chicken in Perth. Now it is the driest chicken in Perth. The previous chicken used to be charcoled on the outside, moist on the inside and wrapped in a big peice of flat bread drenched in hommus (me and my husband would fight over that bread). Now it is dry chicken with very little taste with a piece of bread on top that is spread with a strange red paste. The chips are undercooked and the salad is small.

I am begging these guys to return to their former glory for the sake of us all. I can't bear to lose my favourite chicken of all time.

They have lost me for now (as the food has become almiost unedible), but I wil try again in a few months in the hope they see all these poor reviews and lift their game.

They have to do something soon, otherwise they are not going to survive in the long run with such underwhelming food, especially as more and more places are opening around the area.

EDIT - Best chicken ever!!! Great value,. but another 25min wait on a Monday!!! Also chips were again undercooked. Learn to do chips! ...........Decent kebab but had better. Smallest $4 chips I ever saw and undercooked. Also very long wait (20mins, 2 kebabs) with very few visible customers at 5.30pm on a weeknight. Shisha smoke wafting in is also unpleasant while waiting. Keen to try the whole flamed chicken though so...

Man what happened to this place it’s unbelievable how badly downhill it has gone since change of owners. First of all I have given them many chances to rectify their mistakes before making a review.

Let’s start with pineapple pepperoni mushroom pizza Not only do they charge 24$ for a mediocre pizza that ones use to be pretty good I counted 8 pineapples on the whole pizza and handful of mushrooms The audacity to charge 24$ for a pizza and to cheap out completely is unforgivable.

The $10 they charged me for selection of pickles that I specifically asked for more pink turnips was basically 7/8 turnips few chillies and the rest pickled cucumbers The audacity to charge $10 for what is realistically $2 of pickles from the shops and to again cheap out.

Now on so many occasions they have give me an ETA of 15-25min Just to come to the store 30min after the initial order placed to be told order will be ready in another 15/20min is unforgivable.

And so many other little issues with orders being wrong and having to go back.

I have give them so many chances and unfortunately the standards have dropped dramatically. Unfortunately anytime Indians or Pakistanis take over these type of stores they run them to the ground due to there massive negligence in food preparation and taking orders.

And I know first hand many of there 5 star reviews are self written or by...
